The former print workshop, in Easton, was refurbished to create an air conditioned open-plan office facility to accommodate over 70 personnel for Bristol-based marketing consultants; Proctor + Stevenson. The re-ordering of the existing building provided over 500m2 of open plan office space, meeting spaces, photography room, pitch room and a large canteen along with two self-contained units for the purpose of sub-letting to local small businesses.

The client sought an industrial aesthetic with exposed duct work and cable trays, with a need to provide flexibility in the main open plan office space.

Enhanced specification for data cabling, and wireless access, was required to meet the needs of the client's business growing business. Allowing for a smooth transition of personnel from the existing offices to the new facilities at the Old Printworks.
