The Client, a holistic therapist, wished to deliver a mixed-use development in harmony with both the local architecture, of Bath, and with the environment. A group of Architecturally striking buildings required our design input to produce a low-carbon building including:
- Air source heat pumps
- Rain Water Harvesting
- Super insulation to building envelope and services
- Acoustically treated natural ventilation to karate dojo
- SBEM and SAP assessment at early design stage
